Our Christmas break at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing; lots of choice and very tasty. The location was perfect, it was in a quiet area, but not far from the main road which made it easy to get around. We loved the swimming pool, which had sea water, it was so refreshing!

Our room was not what we expected, it was not as described in the photos. We were also disappointed that there was no safety deposit box in the room.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the beach and various tavernas just a short walk away. It was also convenient to have a supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The daily cleaning of the apartment was a pleasant surprise, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. One of the things that really impressed me about this hotel was their attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel so welcome and at home. They even provided us with complimentary fruit, water, and a bottle of raki, which was such a lovely gesture. Another highlight was the location of the hotel. It was very close to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sea. Additionally, the rooms had a small terrace where we could have breakfast or drinks, and some even had a kitchenette, which was very convenient.

Great location in the city, easy to get to all the famous landmarks by foot. The pool was pretty good for a quick dip and the room decor was very modern. The WiFi was strong and fast, and the aircon kept us cool on the hot days.

The bathroom was a bit small and the shower leaked water all over the floor, making it slippery and hazardous. The towels weren't of great quality, more like kitchen towels.

The air-conditioned room was comfortable with a good bed and a power shower. The dedicated free parking made it convenient for us to explore the island by car. Although we didn't use it, the pool in the garden looked inviting. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided a delicious breakfast, delivered to our room. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Crete.
